Fre official is a customisation firm and does not resell original products (designer or otherwise). All products used are authentic.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To ensure all our customers have clear understanding, the information mentioned above is not stored directly with fresupply.co.uk as we use Wix.com the website host that store the information as a Data Processer for the previous website Fresupply.co.uk that has now become freofficial.com.
To clarify Freoffcial.com uses Shopify as the site host and fresupply.co.uk used Wix.com.
To ensure all our customers have a clear understanding, our company, fresupply.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Debit. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We share your Personal Information with the to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Fre does not store your information it only accesses it via host’s Shopify and Wix.
Automated Decision Making
Shopify's risk and fraud screening; where Shopify might automatically block a payment card number or IP address after a certain number of unsuccessful payment attempts. Shopify does not believe this has a significant legal effect on customers because the automated blocking lasts only for a short period of time is the only automated decision making used on the site.
As a data controller under the GDPR, Article 28 requires that when we engage a data processor (like Shopify) to process your data. This is typically done through a Data Processing Addendum, or DPA.
Shopify has automatically incorporated a Data Processing Agreement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/dpa) into its terms of service, which is designed to address the requirements of Article 28.
Third Party Incorporated applications
We share your Personal Information with the host who have incorporated third party applications to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Subsequently, as we changed our host from Wix to Shopify, all our contacts were transferred over including the ones on the mailing list. These will only be used for communicating our newsletter and any new products.

Freofficial ONLY sells custom products such as shoes, clothing and accessories is not a reseller of any product (original purchased shoes from the store) or any designer (bags, shoes or clothing of designers).
The products customised with designer products are authentic designer products have been deconstructed so that the material can be used.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
In cases of partial refund, the agreed amount will be debited.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by you.
Given the bespoke nature of the service, payment will be taken in full at the time of order
- Freofficial shall aim to deliver the product in the designated time given at the time of purchase; the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and Freofficial reserves the right amend the delivery time as necessary.
- Freoffical shall be entitled to refuse any monogramming of initials which would result in an offensive word in any language at its sole discretion.
- Freofficial shall be responsible for delivery of the goods and title of delivery shall pass on on the postage date (when tracking is sent).
- The shipment of exotic skins is subject to jurisdictional laws; as the Customer you are responsible for ensuring that the requested exotic material or skin can be shipped to your respective region/address.
- Once your order has been placed, due to the bespoke nature, we are unable to cancel or amend the order after 7 days.
- Should the order be cancelled for whatever reason, after 48 hours of the placement of an order a £25 fee will be charged (cancellation fee), Freofficial shall not be liable to refund any direct or indirect costs borne by the Customer, including purchase price, delivery costs and taxes.
- Fabric colours and materials may vary. Freofficial Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour, shade and texture and will not accept returns on this basis.
- Please be aware that the image seen is a mocked visual representation of how your MADE-TO-ORDER item should look and there may be slight colour/material variations in the actual product you receive.
- Freofficial reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the designs of MADE-TO-ORDER products. Therefore, the design, as defined by the email confirmation order, is not unique to the customer. b) These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior warning. Governing Law a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTING OF YOUR PAYMENT
Our host Shopify and previously Wix accept payment with the use of Stripe the payment partner.
Once the payment is processed we will begin processing your order.
All orders once shipped will be provided with tracking details for the products purchased by each customer. (Some Countries only allow for a ‘signed for’ service therefore tracking does not apply to them (e.g Asutralia, Kuwait etc))

Customers will be charged in GBP. For those customers with payment methods not denominated in this currency, the final price paid will depend on the exchange rate on the day the purchase has been made and depending on the payment method they choose (card company etc). The region the website will be viewed in depends on your location and your IP address.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement you entered into within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the Goods, or evidence to that fact, without giving any reason for accessories and clothing only.
As the shoes are customised they only may be returned is the product has a manufacturing fault. Otherwise they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Freofficial will not accept returns for any items that have been worn, exposed to damaging elements. Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Should an item be received by you in a damaged state or without tags, we ask you contact us immediately. We strongly recommend that products are checked thoroughly before they are tried on or any tags or packing are disposed of.
The content included on this Site is provided on an "as is" basis. Freofficial does not give any other warranty, express or implied, or make any representation including without limitation that the content included in this Site is complete or accurate or up to date. Freofficial reserves the right in its sole discretion and without any obligation or notice requirement to change, alter or edit content included in this Site.
Freofficial will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation for loss of profits, loss of business or of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss or corruption of data or for any type of special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage) whether arising out of your use or delay or inability to use this Site or its content whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of fraud or death or personal injury caused by Freofficial's negligence.
Freofficial does not take responsibility for any event which is outside its reasonable control nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event.
From time to time, Freofficial may change, alter or modify these legal terms. Any changes to these legal terms will be posted on this Site and any use by you of this Site after any such changes have been posted shall be deemed to indicate your agreement to the modified legal terms, but will not affect any orders already placed by you. These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
